What is Mighty Paw’s returns policy?
We offer hassle-free returns on most products within the following timeframes:
Standard returns: Within 30 calendar days from the date on your receipt or shipping confirmation.
Holiday returns: Orders placed between Nov 1 – Dec 31 may be returned until Feb 28.
Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”, or similar are not eligible for return unless defective or where prohibited by law.
To be eligible:
The product must be unused and in its original condition, unless it’s faulty or not as described.
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or full name + email + order number + product photo).
If you received your item as a gift and don’t have proof of purchase, send us a clear photo of the product so we can assist you.
📄 What items cannot be returned?
We’re unable to accept returns for:
Gift cards or store credit
Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective)
Perishable or health/personal-care items once opened (unless defective)
Products marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”

📄 What if I received a gift or don’t have proof of purchase?
No worries — just send us a clear photo of the item and any additional details you may have. Our team will do their best to help.
📄 Can I return items purchased from Amazon or a third party?
If you purchased from Amazon, please contact our Customer Support team at team@mightypaw.com with your order number, full name, shipping address, LOT number (if available) and clear photograph(s) of the issue. This will help us resolve your issue quickly and efficiently.
If you purchased from a third-party seller, reach out to them for return support. We’re unable to accept returns for those orders.
📄 How and when will I receive my refund?
All refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is processed.
Prefer an exchange? We’re happy to provide a different product of equal value if eligible.
