How do I start a subscription?
Subscriptions are created when you add items to your cart with the Subscribe & Save option selected and you check out. A subscription will be created with the subscription frequency you selected. You have a total of 4 different frequencies you can choose from: 1 month, 2 months, 3 months and 4 months. You’ll get your future orders automatically shipped to your selected shipping address and you’ll gain access to discounted pricing on every order and free shipping when your subscription order meets the conditions stated on our website.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes, you can skip a delivery through your subscription management portal by following these steps:
Log in to your subscription management portal: Login to your account. Once logged in, locate the option to "Manage subscriptions". Once logged in, you will see all the available subscription management options within the subscriptions portal.
Navigate to Upcoming Orders: Once logged in, click on the Upcoming Orders tab to view all upcoming deliveries.
Skip the Delivery: Click Skip next to the delivery they wish to skip. If you change your mind, you can click Unskip next to the order.
Can I switch products in my subscription?
Yes, you can easily switch products in your subscription through the subscription management portal by following these steps:
Log in to your subscription management portal: Login to your account. Once logged in, locate the option to "Manage subscriptions". Once logged in, you will see all the available subscription management options within the subscriptions portal.
Navigate to Manage Subscriptions: Click on the Manage subscriptions tab.
Select the Subscription to Edit: Under the subscription you want to change, click Manage this subscription.
Swap the Product: Choose Swap this for a different product.
Select the New Product: Pick the product you want to swap to and click Swap.
Confirm the Swap: Review the product options and click Swap product to finalize the change.
How do I update my shipping or billing details?
You can update your shipping and billing details through your subscription management portal by following these steps:
- Log in to your subscription management portal: Login to your account. Once logged in, locate the option to "Manage subscriptions". Once logged in, you will see all the available subscription management options within the subscriptions portal.
- Update Billing Information:
- Navigate to the Billing information tab.
- Click on the email and billing address section to update the email address and/or billing information. Click Update.
- Click the Card on file section to update the card information. Click Update card.
- Update Shipping Information:
- Navigate to the Shipping addresses tab.
- Click on the shipping address you want to edit, add the updated information, and click Update shipping address.
What happens if my payment fails?
Automatic Retry: Our Failed Payment Recovery tool automatically retries failed payment attempts on a fixed schedule. The first retry happens the next day, and subsequent retries will follow for the next 60 days.
Customer Notification: You will receive an email notification when your payment method is declined. If the payment continues to fail, our system sends another notification only if at least seven days have passed since the last one.
Updating Payment Information: If you update your payment method, our system retries the charge the following day, provided it falls within the Automatic recovery period with card update window.
Manual Intervention: Some errors require manual retries due to configuration issues or because an action must be taken. In that case, you can reach out to our customer support team at team@mightypaw.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Is there a minimum number of deliveries before I can cancel?
No. Our flexible subscription system allows subscribers to cancel their subscription without requiring a minimum number of charges or deliveries.
Do subscriptions qualify for promotions or discount codes?
No. Subscription orders benefit from discounted pricing on every order, so promotional discount codes are not compatible with subscription orders.
When will I be billed for my subscription orders?
Initial Billing: You are billed for your subscription orders at the time of the initial purchase.
Recurring Billing: Subsequent billing occurs according to the subscription schedule set by you when you added the items to your cart with the Subscribe & Save option selected.
Billing Notifications: You will receive notifications about upcoming charges, and you can manage your billing preferences through the subscription management portal.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause subscription and charges until you want to reactivate them again:
- Log in to your subscription management portal: Login to your account. Once logged in, locate the option to "Manage subscriptions". Once logged in, you will see all the available subscription management options within the subscriptions portal.
- Navigate to Subscriptions: Click on the Subscriptions tab and select the subscription you wish to pause.
- Choose to Cancel: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Subscription.
- Select Pause Option: A pop-up will appear asking "Would you like to pause instead?". Select the duration for which you want to pause the subscription.
- Confirm Pause: Take note of the next shipment date, which will reflect the pause duration, and click Pause Subscription.
Please note that there is no un-pause button in the subscription management portal. If you wish to reactivate your subscription before the next shipment date, locate the paused subscription on the Subscriptions page and click Order now.
Can I modify the billing date for my subscription?
Yes, to modify billing dates through your subscription management portal, follow these steps:
- Log in to your subscription management portal: Login to your account. Once logged in, locate the option to "Manage subscriptions". Once logged in, you will see all the available subscription management options within the subscriptions portal.
- Navigate to Upcoming Orders: Click on the Upcoming Orders tab.
- Select the Order: Locate the order you wish to modify and click Actions.
- Reschedule: Select Reschedule and choose the new billing date.
- Confirm Changes: Click Reschedule to confirm the new date.
Can I gift a subscription to someone else?
No. We do not offer prepaid subscription for sale at the moment.
Do subscriptions include free shipping?
Yes, as long as your subscription order meets the conditions stated on our website—specifically, a minimum purchase of $25.
Will I be notified before my next subscription ships?
Yes. You will receive notifications about upcoming charges 24 hours before your next subscription ships.
Can I manage multiple subscriptions under one account?
You can purchase additional subscriptions for the same product through adding the items to your cart with the Subscribe & Save option selected and checking out or directly in the subscription management portal.
- All subscriptions can be managed through your subscription management portal using the same payment method and email address.
- If a different payment method or email is used, our system will notify you to rectify this.
- Subscriptions can be moved to a different address manually.
- You can merge addresses to combine subscriptions with the same renewal date for streamlined shipping.
Are subscription items eligible for returns/refunds?
Yes, subscription items are eligible for returns/refunds.
Didn't Mean to Subscribe?
You may have selected the Subscribe & Save option instead of a one-time purchase at checkout. If a recurring subscription was created by mistake, don’t worry—we can help.

How do I access my subscription management portal?
It's very simple!
1. Login to your account.
2. Once logged in, locate the option to "Manage subscriptions".
3. Once logged in, you will see all the available subscription management options within the subscriptions portal.
Can I change the frequency of my subscription?
If you need to change the frequency of your subscription, just contact us at team@mightypaw.com from the email address linked to your subscription and we’ll take care of that for you.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Login to your account. Once logged in, locate the option to "Manage subscriptions". Once logged in, you will see all the available subscription management options within the subscriptions portal.
Navigate to Manage Subscriptions: Click on the Manage subscriptions tab.
Select the Subscription to Cancel: Under the subscription you want to cancel, click Manage this subscription.
Cancel the Subscription to that product: Click on cancel subscription next to the trash can icon at the bottom.
Confirm the Cancellation: Review changes and proceed to finalize the cancellation.
Can I cancel or modify my TikTok subscription?
Please know that managing or updating your TikTok Shop subscription is not possible for us as TikTok Shop does not allow sellers to do this. You’ll need to manage your subscription directly from your account to be able to do this. Can I cancel or modify my Amazon subscription?
Please know that managing or updating your Amazon subscription is not possible for us as Amazon does not allow sellers to do this. You’ll need to manage your subscription directly from your account to be able to do this. You can access your subscription details within your Amazon account while being logged into your account.
