I'm missing item from my order. What should I do?
It's not uncommon for orders with more than one item to be shipped in multiple packages, so we recommend checking your order tracking to confirm how many parcels to expect. Should there be items missing from your order, kindly contact our Customer Service team providing the following information to speed up the process - your order number, name of missing product, your full name and shipping address.
Where does Mighty Paw ship to?
At this time, orders placed directly through the Mighty Paw website can only be shipped within the United States.
If you're located outside these regions, you may still be able to find our products on Amazon;
Why does it say my order cannot be shipped to my address, or that the product is not available to be delivered to my address at checkout on the Mighty Paw website?
If you're receiving an error at checkout stating that your order cannot be shipped to your address, please email us at team@mightypaw.com.
